Yum Yum Chicken


1-1/2 lb cooked, chopped Chicken
1 c Sour Cream
10.75 oz Cream of Chicken Soup
10.75 oz Cream of Celery Soup
1 box Corn Bread Stuffing, uncooked
1 c Chicken Broth
4 tbsp melted Butter
Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread chicken in bottom of pan. In separate bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and sour cream. Spread mix over chicken, sprinkle the uncooked stuffing over the soup mix. If herb packet for stuffing is not mixed in with stuffing, then top stuffing with herb packet. Mix together the broth and melted butter and pour evenly over all in pan. Bake uncovered for 30 min. You can use rotisserie chicken in this dish.
